With 4 million views, the following video clip shared by Gavin Newsom is making rounds on Twitter and other social networks. The video and commentary is fake news.
The video suggests Judge Barrett argued “Merrick Garland could not be confirmed to SCOTUS 8 months before the 2016 election because his views were too different from Justice Scalia.”
This is an out of context sound byte.
If you watch the full video, starting at 3:20, it’s clear that she’s not making an assertion. She is explaining what both sides’ positions will be.

The answer to that charge, should she have to defend it, is “I’ve evolved”.
After the announcement yesterday I watched cnn and msnbc.
Same script.
Your healthcare will be gone.
Your rights as an employee will be gone
Fags won’t be able to marry
Anyone with preexisting conditions will die
Apparently she will be able to single handedly erase decades of court decisions.
Just one more reason to skip the “hearings” which will really be lectures, and schedule the vote.
No mention of abortion? I'm surprised. Maybe they decided that approach was too predictable? She's so obviously a "BREEDER" as the singles and the homosexuals like to tag anyone with kids.
Maybe they're just warming up, and the worst and nastiest is yet to come.

Something about Judge Barrett that really impresses me ... she went to Rhodes College, a small Presbyterian liberal arts college in Memphis, TN and took a degree in English Literature. She went to law school at Notre Dame. No Ivy League scent on her. She wasn’t plotting for this all along, making high-falutin’ connections.
In a different year, at a different time, she would be open to an attack of not having an elite education, but with Biden running for the top spot as an everyman, he dare not allow that to happen.
Interestingly, an infamous Supreme Court Justice also graduated from Rhodes, Abe Fortas.
Gavin Newsom a younger Biden for the party anything for the party true or not the money is to good to pass up.
