That’s what I’ve been saying for months! They stopped traffic on I95 in West Palm Beach for hours. No way is that peaceful. That’s a black fist in your face.

Having survived multiple motor and by-cycle crashes, yes, "Pavement Rash" sucks eggs.

And repeatedly cracks open while healing.

I hope whoever was run-over is dead.

Please, let's not rush this. Maybe Tuesday?

It’s at that moment when one realizes that their life is in much better hands of trained EMT’s rather than any Clymer with a hat that has the word PARAMEDIC on it.

I don’t hate to tell these idiots this but filming these incidents may not be in their best interest. The crowd is not trying to break into that truck to give the driver stock tips. Then chasing after the truck. If I’m on a jury I would agree 100% with the defense that the driver was afraid for their life.

They’ll likely hunt him down and mete out their own “justice”.

Evil demon spawn.

Long before I met him, at a dragstrip in FL, hubby slid through the time light at 139 mph after his bike had a bad wobble.

While wearing polyester pants.

I first saw his road rash 20 some years after the fact and still, eek.

You go up to someone and start attacking them for no reason, you take what you get.

It’s called *consequences*.

There needs to be more of it.

Can’t blame the truck driver for a nanosecond. I’m sure he’s heard about what they’ve been doing to people who stop for them.

#3. Amateur re “If you don’t like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk”.

I tell my possible human pancakes that “If you don’t like the way I drive, stay off your porch”.

Once got a nice glider that way. Fit right on the hood of my car.

Gee I don’t know, something tells me these domestic terrorists have insiders at places like DMV who would run plate for them, or even a few insiders at the LAPD. We know the damn government officials are on their side.

Sliding on your back for 15’ on asphalt must be an interesting experience. Probably will feel like a blistering sunburn for 2 months.

A few decades ago I was a regional champion and nationally ranked bicycle racer. I have slid on the pavement a lot further than that. Typically, you end up with a some road rash which like you say is similar to a sunburn, but with some deep scratches or worse from gravel or debris on the surface of the pavement. The courseness of the surface also can make a big difference. But if you are very active and are able to ignore discomfort... it usually does not slow you down much and gets better within a week or two depending on how deep your wounds are and if you are able to get them completely cleaned out.

I can remember getting up and picking decent sized pieces of gravel out of my skin. I still have a one inch diameter scar from a piece of gravel that is just to the side of my elbow where I slid about 50 feet across a couple lanes. The furthest I ever slid was in the winter when I hit a patch of ice in the morning, but my winter clothing protected my skin and I was still able to go on an 80 mile bike ride with just a little extra ventilation in my clothing.

These days I can end up with worse pains from activities where I don't even know what I did.

For BLM gringos, it’s more like of you don’t like my driving, stay out of the passing lane!

I expect the criminal and complicit police who did nothing against these criminal rioters will now do everything they can to track down and arrest the driver.

Who are the real enemies here?
