Tucker Carlson aired what the FoxNews host called "never-before-seen footage" on Tuesday night from the shootings in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last month that involve 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse.
“The footage shows Rittenhouse running with a fire extinguisher. Rosenbaum appears and appears to chase after Rittenhouse when a single gunshot is fired,” Fox News reported. “A surrounded Rittenhouse squeezed four shots in Rosenbaum’s direction. Seconds later, three additional shots were reportedly fired by an unknown shooter. One bullet grazed Rosenbaum’s head while another penetrated his right groin, his left thigh, and his back.”

In one of the videos there is a guy that is “marching” with the group of protesters. He appears to me to draw a gun and then starts running in pursuit of Kyle and Rosenbaum. I’m assuming that he tried to get a shot off at Kyle, but hit Rosenbaum in the back instead. The reporter stated that the first shot came from behind him and Kyle.

I was hoping they would have shown this video of Kyle helping an injured protestor.
Heather Heyer wasn’t struck by any car. She was on the sidewalk, and suffered a heart attack after witnessing the car accident. A morbidly obese chainsmoker, she died from her own poor life choices.

You’ve accepted the media narrative. After being chased by an AR15 wielding Dwayne Dixon, Fields turned down a public street and into an Antifa mob. The mob started bashing on his car and he tried to escape, exactly what you see happening to drivers today. He even hit his brake lights, not the act of someone “intentionally ramming”. Read up on the Heaphy Report, it exonerates the pro-statue marchers, who were set up by the Charlottesville politicians.
Dwayne Dixon that admitted to banishing his AR-15 at James Fields got community service for taking a weapon to demonstration. The judge heard the case about Dixon and ruled that Fields could’ve turned right down a different street to avoid the people as he was fearing for his life from Dixon. There was a camera from a store that that had a very good view Dixon and Fields it was claimed to have gone missing
Do you know if the results of the ME report have been released yet? It seems that it would at least clear up some of the unknowns.
My understanding the prosecution is claiming Rittenhouse broke the curfew and any action after the curfew was illegal. Problem with that argument are many for one they didn’t arrest the other people that broke the curfew

As it should be at this juncture. We should pray about the ‘selection’ of those who will serve on that jury and those who will be ‘appointed’.....Also for the Judge overseeing the Court itself.
Such as it is this is how our system works......But the enemy is the media who always trys and condems anyone they choose to make a story of. long before it’s in the court.

On the Tucker show they said the ME report had not released any ballistics info. I read awhile ago about the various wounds (head, back, leg?, arm?). It would seem to me that a .223 bullet from short range into the back of someone would have been pretty apparent.
Video shows the reporter (McGinnis) asking where is he hit several times, and then they discover the crazing head wound but nothing else. Rosenbaum had taken off his red shirt (wearing in earlier videos) and it was wrapped around his head/face at the time he attacked Kyle.
Video evidence shows ample opportunity for fields to drive into more people if that was his intent. As the crowd gathers, his car is attacked and he panics... and hits the car in front... then that car hits the woman...

It is punishment by process. Prosecutors have way too much power.
It is time to take away their absolute immunity, which was given to them by the Supreme Court in the 80's. It did not exist before that.

it was the shot in his back that killed him; in one film the muzzle flash can be see in the upper left of a frame
There were many rioters with guns in their hands a hour before the shootings; others had theirs in holsters; the gas station scene shows at least 3 people including skateboard guy with guns.
The reporter is wrong - maybe echos off all the hard surfaces - the first shot flash is clearly visible in on film in the upper left of the frame; Kyle is just running up of Rosy and the flash happens as Kyle reaches Rosy’s position
