Normal drinking recommendations in public health are two drinks for men and one for women. I have no idea if that is true or accurate, and don’t really care, but I just had to take a license renewal test that used that standard as an answerTwo drinks is normal prior to dinner, two after is good, and then two more before the original two.

Substance abuse counselor tests are full of the latest trash. I’m retired, but decided to reup my license one last time. The courses and exams are written by pinheads, but are otherwise user friendly.
