Good essay - thanks for posting.
Not playing along.
I do say, the war on HCQ/zinc has killed 191,000 people.
I see a few faces out there, who are not afraid, and dare to show it. I think over time it will be more. What are people going to do when they realize no one had to die?
Any business that insists on the mask I avoid. I know the stores that don’t insist, and they get my business.
I'm positive it isn't. In fact it is causing those who live in fear more damage than they can even imagine. Get back to life as normal. Excellent post I might add. Welcome to FR. 8>)
Thank you, Robert! I was raised in an environment of fear and I’ll never go back to that situation. Thank you for your kind words. So glad to be here!
Thank you, El Cid! I have to chuckle at your choice of the word “essay.” My father despaired of teaching me to write in homeschool and once threw all my essays across the room in a rage. Feels good to, um, make it as a writer in spite of all that writing baggage. :)
So true! It was the isolation, not the virus, that contributed to my grandmother’s death last month at the age of 92. She was old but hearty in 2019 and, I dunno, maybe she gave up all alone in that room. :(
Damn straight!!! I notice that even the clerks are not wearing masks anymore, especially the ones who wear glasses. So far, no one has harrassed me about not wearing a mask.
Welcome noob
My generation was fed upon the upcoming Ice Age which we blew off as BS.
How about the poor Generation X? Named because the Mayan Calander said the World would end as they came of age?
What was your "Fear"?
Do you have the Small Pox scar on your left arm?
Thank you! I’m slowly learning the ropes. :)
My family made up their own paranoias from scratch! :D The final one was a fear of bedbugs...which we did NOT have. All kinds of protocols for not catching bedbugs were put in place...which only seemed to affect me. Not anyone else in the family. The coup de grace was when Mom put the library books in the dryer to kill potential bed bug eggs. Guess what happened to the books? Oh yeah, the glue melted and they fell apart. Duh! LOL
When your friend(s) said they had cooties, you should have not slept over at their house.
You sound like a Gen X.
Great job thanks!
LOL. Good idea...if she’d allowed a microwave in the house. :) (That came later.) No parties, no sleepovers, no friends. Oh well. I was born in 1980. Is that Gen X? I’m never sure. We’re kind of the forgotten generation.
Thank you, Douglas! :)
I agree with all you write about the chicanery, the lies, the BS, the murder.
But I had it. I couldn’t get HCQ protocol for almost 6 days. I wound up in an ER for 8 hours with covid pneumonia, but luckily came home and “recovered” a week later.
Now I am exhausted all the time. And there’s hints that people are getting re-infected. I don’t want to play the Govt’s game, but I don’t want to die of this Chinese BS because other people wouldn’t wash their hands etc..

Have a thick skin. Nothings personal. Sometimes folks get overly passionate.....you might say unhinged
