The USA Today sports section never misses an opportunity to bash President Donald Trump, and former Green Bay and Seattle Coach Mike Holmgren gave the newspaper another opportunity to do that Saturday. The retired coach appeared in a virtual Green Bay press conference to announce his support for Joe Biden and accuse Trump of malfeasance in his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Holmgren (in photo) and Green Bay Mayor Eric Genrich, a Democrat, "both said Trump took a dishonest, disorganized approach to managing the virus that killed more than 190,000 people in the United States," according to the story written by Haley BeMiller of the Green Bay Press-Gazette and posted by USA Today's website.
The current number of deaths is actually 196,000-plus and a disproportionate 33,023 of them occurred in New York, where scandalous negligence took place on the part of Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

Cuomo sent thousands of sick people into nursing homes, resulting in the deaths of tens of thousands.

The sportsball players couldn’t get a job at McDonalds, but they make millions of $$$ for playing a kids game. Why should I care what they think about politics? Or anything else?

Every new day offers a new lesson on lying.
Each day I’m seeing more reasonable appearing public figures, willing to stand up and recite what we all know to be a bald faced lie; that Joe Biden is fit to serve as president.
Everybody knows this is not true, both left and right wing groups, yet the left is so desperate that they are willing to play make believe because it’s what they want to be the truth. Quite remarkable, and very concerning. Otherwise educated figures diving full bore into fantasy.
It seems like a group hypnosis has taken place or maybe the biggest pitcher of Kool-Aid has now been drank.
I don’t get it? How is this a Green Bay press conference? Hunger and hasn’t coached there in 20 years.
I suspect they don’t actually think as much as they do what they’re told.
The NFL is racing to destroy itself.
The best part is, that when it appears that they are in serious trouble, they’ll keep doubling down on stupid.
I swear, pretty soon they’ll announce that they are going to include female players and have race quotas for each team, including LGBTQ. It’s coming....
I was going to say the Dems must be getting desperate up in that area of the State if they’re dragging Mike Holmgren’s old fat ass out to speak.

He should know about disorganization. When he came to the Seahawks from Green Bay he was hired as the GM/Head Coach. That only lasted a couple of years before Paul Allen took away the GM responsibilities
