Every single year here in California it doesn’t rain for six months straight from April to October , August September October November everything is so freaking dry out here it’s very very very dangerous I’m sure people on the East Coast are like what the Hells going on out there ? with all these fires 🔥??? as you can walk out there in the woods there with a blow torch and nothing is ever going to happen We’ve had some pretty spectacular and bad fires the last few years the first one I remember being a witness to his 1991 in Oakland and that was caused by some worker guys who didn’t put out their fire that they use to cook with This year’s first round far as was caused by a really weird round dry lightning are you gonna stop that? Of course they think the paradise fire of two years ago was caused by electric lines in very high Santa Anna winds The bottom line is if it doesn’t rain for six months straight you live in a desert and fire is just going to be a part of life regardless of whether it’s nature caused or human caused

How did man Made Global Warming cause the Forest to become so overgrown? We used to have 40-60 trees per acre and all the underbrush and dead trees were removed. Now we have over 200 trees per acre and more than half are DEAD!! And we have ALL the Dead wood and underbrush

California’s leftists are hypocrites

They like to claim how they are increasing their power from “renewables” in the state. Its technically true - 25-30% of California’s power is from renewable sources. BUT - California is a huge importer of power (nearly all generated by gas/nuclear) from neighboring states. Their true total of renewable power is <10%.

Its also why their summertime brownouts will get worse. They are not investing in back-up power in coal/gas/nuclear, but are instead relying on others supply to them.

Taking care of the forest lands that require constant care, and California no longer has the money to do that. As of 2018, the number of dead and uncleared trees in California forest lands exceeded 120,000,000, and that amounts to an incredible amount of kindling to accelerate forest fires.

The federal government owns and manages over 20 million acres of forest in CA.

This guy's so anxious to ride his illegal immigration hobby horse and blame the state he must not have had time to do any basic research.

Also some people INSIST on living out in the boonies where there are few services. It's their choice, of course, but I DO NOT want to live in the boonies.
I want the conveniences of town/city life.

My emergency hospital is ten minutes away at night, fifteen during the day;
The police and fire departments are CLOSE enough to save me.
Gas and car help is ten minutes away.
