Joe Biden being caught between two very bad choices is not a new situation for him. What can be relied upon, if given a choice, Joe Biden will inevitably pick the worst possible.

Dangerous territory here. I saw the Biden/Sanders debate, and was amazed at how alert Biden seemed to be. They had him pumped up on something. They will do the same thing with Trump. We’ve lowered the bar so far, that all Biden has to do is show up, seemingly coherent, and he “wins”.
But Bernie was “trained” not to upset Biden.
Trump will get coaching on what to say to set Biden off.
And they can pump up Biden on some drug all they want. They have not control whether it will really work in the moment.
I’m more concerned about Biden having an excellent body double.

If Joe Biden withdraws from the debates, President Trump should offer to debate Kamala Harris. After all, we’ve been told that she has the qualifications to take over as President immediately if the need should arise. Give her a chance to prove it.
Maybe Trump should see if Nasty Nancy wants to debate instead.
