I explore the now-debunked smear against President Trump by Jeffrey Goldberg and The Atlantic, and explain the reasoning behind these types of hit pieces.
Didn’t watch.
Here is my take on the despicable slanders such as military disrespect.
Each of the failed takedowns ends up with a few peeled off Trump supporters.
A small number will still say “Maybe he was guilty of that Ukraine stuff although I don’t know what that all meant, honestly.” “Maybe he was with Stormy Daniels” “Maybe he said the n word that Omarosa was told he said by someone.” “Maybe he insulted the military.” All this adds up to some swing counties in a few states.
Sort of like Karl Rove’s old incremental percentage strategy for GW Bush.
I think thats what theyre thinking will happen, however, I think it is not...I think its having the opposite effect on his supporters, making us dig in our heels even more and its actually waking some Democrats and Independents up. I had a new person join my private Trump supporting FB group 2 days ago because his aunt is a friend of mine and a member. He is doing his research and posting like mad. Oh, and he is gay and a former rabid antiTrumper. I know its antidotal but the #walkaway movement is growing.
I like reading items instead of watching people talking to themselves.
Sorry, I can’t support or watch self promoted yacking.
Good. I need all the optimism I can get.
Hope some people will say “Wait a minute. Can any one man (Trump) be always bad and wrong about everything every day?”
I still believe no matter that they think about Trump’s harsh tweets and firmly confident manner, they would prefer the American Way of Life to rioting BLM and Antifa Marxism for 2021 and beyond. Without safely going to a family restaurant or drug store or driving on the road in peace and security without having their car surrounded and pounded on, they know they have nothing.
A home invasion next door with defunded cops absent, BLM thugs pushing food and plates off the table at a restaurant and shouting at people and other incidents are big, big turnoffs to people.
Orwell's analysis was that two minutes of hate per day could keep the populace outraged against Emmanuel Goldstein.
President Trump gets 24 hours worth each day from the MSM.
You’re right.
Can’t George Orwell be wrong about something?
