Biden was breathing very heavily and struggled to speak.
At one point he appeared to give his staffers teleprompter instructions, “Move it up here” he said before reading his scripted notes.

The Dims have been hinting for months that Biden would not be debating Trump.
Everyone from Winebox Nancy on down has be advising Biden that debating Trump was beneath him. They were just plowing the ground for Biden to announce that he would not debate Trump.

There was a twitter rumor, going around, last week predicting that Biden will come down w/China Flu, on or about Sept 20, then have to isolate for weeks, will get ‘really sick’ from it, but....miraculously power through it, by Nov 3.
