It looks like this is illegal. I am not a lawyer, but the first thing that comes to mind is the question: "Does every white person who has been subjected to this degrading experience now have a claim against their employer?"
I am hoping for a flock of lawyers to descend on the perpetrators of this vile nonsense with massive claims for each and every employee who was subjected to this "training".
