I doubt the lawsuit is going anywhere. It is pre November poison the well. The DOJ and the Courts are still pregnant with many Obozo hold overs serving Globalist pukes.

It's not a lawsuit, it's a criminal prosecution in a Federal Court. The conviction rate in that arena is north of 90%. Bannon is in deep doo doo. But, I think that the prosecution is counting on Koflage to take a plea bargain and turn on Bannon. I doubt that it happens, so they might cave, once the camera shows a three amputee combat veteran going into the court house. This will be a fight, the people in the SDNY are insane and beyond partisan.
