It's not a lawsuit, it's a criminal prosecution in a Federal Court. The conviction rate in that arena is north of 90%. Bannon is in deep doo doo. But, I think that the prosecution is counting on Koflage to take a plea bargain and turn on Bannon. I doubt that it happens, so they might cave, once the camera shows a three amputee combat veteran going into the court house. This will be a fight, the people in the SDNY are insane and beyond partisan.

Yes. I once had a friend on Twitter who I developed some respect for. He finally admitted to me he was a Federal Judge but had many years of Federal law enforcement experience. His father was a SDNY policeman before him. He was not as knowledgeable about firearms as you would have thought he was. People in NY in general are a different bred of cat.
One day I retweeted a derogatory remark someone made about James Comey and he blocked me. End of conversation.
