“I don’t know what critical race theory is, but it sounds like something invented by communists.”

It’s what you major in in college if you are incapable of doing math and you really should be digging ditches.

CRT is a Marxist theory that defines people as oppressors and oppressed. They assign a scoring system giving the most honor to the most oppressed, and the most contempt for the most oppressive. Not surprising, white males are the highest scoring bad guys and muslin radicals are the best of the good guys. Basically resentment and revenge by skin color. It is poison in the work place.

You are right on and, additionally, IG reports take time, the Agency can comment and dispute the results and any implementation is weak at best. Meanwhile, the purging or wrong thinking conservatives will continue. DOE top management has just pushed this off into the future rather than taking immediate strong action to stop and rescind the poison.

Probably something like "If you're white you get criticized for everything."

Our nuclear lab is critical in our national security. A crucial security resource should never be placed at risk with a social justice experimentation. Those administrators responsible should be fired immediately. Spend time on designing and build bombs not on political correctness!!.

“...Federal-Funded Nuclear Weapons Lab”

As opposed to a Free-Market Capitalistic Nuclear Weapons Lab?

They pulled something very similar at Intel back in 2002.
All employees were mandated to go to indoctrination to “learn” about other cultures.
It was ran by outside contractors who told Intel Employees how to think and behave.
In reality it was an attempt by Indian Managers to grab control over the company.

We were told everything said in the meeting was going to stay in the meeting.
It was a lie.

Sandia is not a private corporation. It is a government owned facility, what is known as a federally funded researched and development center. The DOE contracts out the mangement so that the staff are not under civil serivice rules so they can get high quality technical staff. But all operations are under the authority and supervision of the Department of Energy.

So, the Secretary of Energy can all in the laboratory director and senior management, stand them on the carpet and say WTF. And he can fire the senior management tomorrow if he chooses. He can rescind the contract for cause while keeping the non Honeywell technical staff.

Trump should order the 4 top exec’s involved security clearances revoked and barred from access to government servers “pending investigation” (that will never end and likely force their resignations). Enough dicking around. Total Kreig against these leftist demons.

That man has a big set made of solid steel. It is very rare to watch someone commit career suicide by standing up for his principals and not meekly going along with his workplace philosophy to evade the consequences. Peterson is my new hero. What a courageous person.

Critical Race Theory was pushed in the U.S. by Derrick Bell of Harvard, an Obama hero.

Critical Race Theory is something that has been adapted by the Race industry from Critical Social Theory of the Frankfort School.

When you read about it, you will see all the recent complaints spelled out (like "White Privilege").

Critical Race Theory is a Marxist tool for attacking the institutions of Western Civilization from the angle of race.

Critical Race Theory is just that a Theory.

Scratch beneath CRT and you'll find Marxism. Look at those pushing CRT and Marxism in the U.S. Government and you'll see The Deep State.

CRT is a prong of Marxism, but it is a major prong (read: strategy) in the U.S. for breaking down U.S. institutions as part of the Marxist revolution in the U.S. This Marxist revolution BTW is emerging from the shadows in the form of the riots, looting, and burning in certain Left control cities.

Scratch beneath the surface of The Deep State (or look behind it) and you will see European Marxists (globalists) and the Chinese Communist Party.

I don’t know what critical race theory is, but it sounds like something invented by communists.

Yep. Whites are now guilty for stuff yet to be invented.

Nah, nothing so diabolical as that! Let's break this down.

First, theory. That means thinking and talking, nothing is sure or proven.

Critical. This is how nuclear bombs work. If you don't go critical, then you just have a radioactive dud.

Race. Go fast!

Put it all together: critical race theory is a bunch of guys talking about how to make their bombs have a bigger, better, faster boom!

They serve at the pleasure of the Secretary of Energy. They can dismissed today with a letter.

So, since the top leadership of the DOE has not done that and is just slow rolling an investigation, they are just letting the clock run out too as conservatives are hunted down while critical race theory continues to rot minds in the labs.
