This is really old footage of a man explaining the tactics the communist party would use to try to overthrow the US government. It’s from 1960 and explains how the communists would use racial tensions between any race (primarily black and white) and then engage in violence and unrest, arson, and rioting in cities to destabilize them. It’s like reading today’s news.
The video is only 8 minutes long so will not take up your whole day and gets to the point very quickly. They did things well back in the olden days.

I wonder if someone walking up to you and stabbing you would fall under the category you can’t shoot the SOB (color doesn’t matter) because he was walking away and the threat has subsided.
The ‘knock out game’ was basically the ‘perfect crime’ as one would walk towards you (you can’t anticipate) bops you and continues on his way with the interpretation of the watered and lawyered down laws saying since he was no longer a threat.

That 17 year old was quite the shot, falling away and scoring two kills and a maiming.
