Rioters and looters have caused people to defend their property, and if unable to, others have arisen in their stead because the destruction of their property is often the destruction of their livelihood and insurance won’t cover it when destroyed.

The rioters and looters caused this, as it would be hard for them to be shot by the 17 year-old if they were at home in bed as they certainly weren’t out on a jog and then shot while simply minding their own business.
