If he governed as a pro-life president (as he has as president). Yes. In 1998 I voted for Glenn Poshard, a Democrat for governor in Illinois. George Ryan, the Republican, won as the Chicago Dems backed HIM instead of the party nominee. George Ryan proved to be a skunk, and ultimately got a well-deserved term in jail.
Trump never considered running as a Democrat because he knew the games (Super Delegates) the party would have played and nominated Hillary anyway.
He would have just been a pro-America Bernie.
Aside from maybe judicial appointments and some other characteristics Trump is actually quite moderate in terms of actual policy, He’s much closer to a 90s-80s Dem than people like to admit. He supports LGBT and government action a lot more than traditional conservatives. Just goes to show how far left things have gone that he’s now the conservative.

Trump has become pro-life and he’s pro-business, pro-capitalism, pro-prosperity, pro-freedom, pro-equal-opportunity, pro-strength, pro-law-and-order, so there’s no way in hell Trump could ever get the Democrat nomination.
If he ran and won on the same exact platform and did the same things, appointed the same judges, etc? Yep. Party is not the answer. Actions and accomplishments are. And we’d better off if we focused on that instead.
