Nor was Flynn...hmmmm. In fact, saying “not a target” means absolutely nothing. There have been many cases where the subject “becomes a target” after further investigation, so it is an incredibly misleading statement.
Didn’t they say the same thing to Flynn? And they’re on record admitting that they were trying to get him to lie.
