I doubt that he is a target, because, among other things, he would have had to have received a “target letter”. If Brennan had been sent a target letter, it would be front page news all over the world.
He probably IS a “subject”. Having been the subject of a Federal Grand Jury investigation, and having to wait for a target letter that never came, I understand the difference.
Pro tip: Never. Never. NEVER. Talk to the FBI.

Sundance on twitter has said that a lot of the material information is compartmentalized and siloed so the there’s no way for Durham to access it.
That being said, Durham is probably going to ask Brennan a lot of questions, to which Brennan will respond, “I can’t recall.”
There’s no material evidence to contradict it, so Brennan gets away.
I hope I’m wrong about this.

I am not optimistic. We all know that Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Hillary, and many others we could name were involved with a conspiracy to overthrow our duly-elected President of the United States. They are all guilty of treason and deserve the harshest penalty specified under the law. That said, we also know they will all get away with no charges at all. I'm wondering whey Brennan isn't already in the custody of U.S. Marshalls, if they already know he committed crimes against the U.S..
Stands to reason you can put him in GITMO for holding purposes until investigation is completed.
It may be an incentive for others to step forward on their own... to cut deals, etc..
Why take a chance the investigation will die if Pres. Trump loses in Novembers?

The story is dated August 19th -- so does that mean today, Friday, August 21st is the day Durham is interviewing Brennan?
