This ruling happened a in June but we're just now hearing about it? And on Twitchy? WTH?

This is BIGLY YUGE! If I understand it properly, Soros and the dimocrats who take his money can be charged with election tampering. Is that a correct take on this ruling?

Why isn't this in the news? Why only on Twitchy? I did a search on FR and couldn't find it. Is this a false news story or is FR slipping?

I still ask the question.

Why is it this Nazi collaborator (Soros) has not been arrested by Israel and put on trial?

And do not give me the excuse that he was only 14. In his interview with Croft, Croft asked him if he had any remorse for doing what he did, he indicated he did NOT have ANY REMORSE WHAT-SO-EVER.

first, thanks for posting this, because when it came out in July I totally missed it.

Second, here’s a good summary:

https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/supreme-court-decides-agency-for-24835/

Third, you sadly do not understand it correctly.

The court ruled in 2013 that conditioning government aid on the receiving organization pledging to be against prostitution and human trafficking violates the organization’s free speech.

So naturally the government went back into the business of handing our our money to organizations that promote prostitution. Because why would the whores handing our money flinch at giving it to prostitution promoters. But I digress.

Trump correctly figured out that the court’s ruling applied only to U.S organizations, because foreigners do not have rights under the US Constitution. So they froze the aid to foreign prostitution promoters.

Of course two different courts disagreed but last month (which is not the definition of “just”) the Supreme Court found that the government CAN force foreign aid recipients to pledge to be against prostitution and trafficking, even if they’d love to support both of those things.

You don't understand it correctly. The case hinged on foreign aid to combat infectious disease. There's a US policy that only agencies that have a specific policy again sex trafficking can get funds. The US branch of Open Society doesn't want to have that policy for whatever reason, and sued in 2013. The court found at that time that the law could not be enforced because it was an infringement of free speech (which includes the right not to speak). Then Open Society sued again, this time on behalf of its foreign affiliates. This time the court said that, no, those affiliates are foreign and don't have the same right. Spinning that decision into some fantasy of Soros being arrested for election interference, along with any Democrat politician who accepted money from him is fantasy. Here's a more detailed analysis from a legal blog

From what I gather, US Non-profits have a right to free speech. That’s how political PACs and other orgs can out out their own campaign messages/ads. US non-profits are required to be against prostitution by law to be eligible for i1st amndmt. Open Society has not been against prostitution and claim they have to be neutral due to some of the locations they work in. Hence Open Society has just lost their 1st amendment rights in the US.

I don’t know if it affects their ability to pump money into candidates.

While I admit that I can’t grasp legalese like I used to, since I had a little stroke or something a few years ago, I can’t see anything to really get excited about in this decision.

(I read half the 36 page PDF on the actual Supreme Court Case) While a Soros organization (The Open Society alliance) was the defendant, and lost, it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with their crooked political operations in the US... It seems to me that it just says that the Agency for International Development and Congress can decide to not give ‘HIV/AIDS relief’ money to foreign NGOs that are involved in promoting or profiting from prostitution and sex trafficking.

While this might hurt Soros in the pocketbook a bit, since he is probably getting both AIDS ‘relief’ money from us, and for being the head pimp for some sex trafficking organization, I don’t see anything that is going to slow, much less stop his attempts to destroy the USA by buying politicians and elections.

Maybe I’m wrong. It would be nice if it would give them a reason to shut down the Open Society Conspiracy and throw Soros and his spawn and minions in Guantanamo, but I just can’t see it now.

While they talk about no First Amendment Rights for foreign organizations in the decision, I don’t see them applying them to barring Soros or the US division of the Open Society from trying to buy elections for Soros Toadies and Operatives..

You think the MSM is going to report on this???

They’ll try as hard as they can to bury it as deep as possible.
