I assume you meant without the quote marks there - otherwise it tends to look for the exact phrase. Duck is good, you don’t get as many hits as with Google, but at least you get a bit more privacy.
Common sense knowledge. Everyone should already know this.
I live in Japan where they love masks, so I carry one with me and put it on in the stores now to avoid freaking people out, and then remove it immediately when I exit the store. No harm, no foul. There are a few people on the streets that hate masks here, and it’s nice to them, like me, not being paranoid Nancy boys. Japan has been into masks since the 1920s when pollution was bad, and it’s become part of the culture so much that some weirdos consider a mask a part of their daily dress. All this heavy handed bullshit going on in the USA with mask mandates would make me extremely angry. Those commies really need to be thrown out.
As is their purpose the analogy made one point.

SARS-CoV-2 lacks wings to fly through the air. It also lacks the ability to survive uncorrupted outside a protective liquid, such as saliva. Aerosolized spread for SARS-CoV-2 is theoretically possible per some experimental research conducted under controlled conditions, however there is no significant evidence to date of major spread this way. Same for fomite transmission: theoretically possible, particularly on surfaces such as plastic or stainless steel, but not observed to actually be taking place in the real world. Primary transmission means is known to be via respiratory droplets, which are >5um in size.
A multi-layer, properly woven, properly worn mask (i.e. NOT a bandana, NOT a mask worn on one’s chin, etc.) will significantly reduce the volume and distance of respiratory droplet (>5 um in diameter) dispersion, thus reducing the primary means of transmission for SARS-CoV-2. Masks will not eliminate all transmission; they will reduce the risk to some degree. Is that reduction in risk worth the monumental burden of wearing a small piece of fabric on one’s face in the specific circumstances where it makes sense (e.g. indoor public places)? That should be each individual’s calculation to make.

I’ve heard ExpressVPN is the best (fastest, best privacy) VPN. In a pinch a person can use the VPN that’s built into Opera browser as a free alt.
If it makes you feel safer go for it - just don't re-use it and only wear it when you have to. I know several people who wear the same bandana day after day and they're just filthy and they constantly adjust them. Probably be cleaner if they picked their nose and touched the door handles. Not to mention the shoppers at the grocery store.

You have no concept just how small a virus is to make such a statement. Motes of dust are thousands of times larger than a virus and “fly” thru air just fine.
The point is that the virus is coming out of mouths and noses and is “riding” on saliva & mucus particles significantly larger than the virus itself. (Coughing, sneezing, talking) It isn’t sprouting wings and self-propelling.

Come on, man. Come on, man. We know - docotors wear masks in their work. We are talking about making everyone wear masks all the time. Biden even wants everyone to wear masks OUTSIDE.
Coz they dont want blood, mucus, faeces and god knows what else nasty bodily fluids, ejected into their mouth and nostrils expelled by generation snowflake.
Well your top image is from a stock image gallery (https://stock.adobe.com/221253636) and is labeled seborrheic dermatitis, which is a skin condition believed to be caused by an immune over-response to a yeast on the skin called Malassezia. It can largely be eliminated by simply washing your face at least once a day. If it persists, using over the counter dandruff shampoo will almost certainly resolve it. If someone is having this problem, it’s because they have poor hygiene.
Your second image is of a Singaporean blogger Juli “Bun Bun” (of bunbunmakeuptips), who suffered a bad reaction to a facial. It had nothing to do with wearing a mask (https://www.buzzfeed.com/alexrees/beauty-blogger-posts-horrifying-results-of-a-facial-gone-wro)
The third image appears on 24 different sites dating back to September 10, 2017 (3 years ago - https://tineye.com/search/657b6745b6e453a28885a6b7ca068f7e98f20f8d?sort=score&order=desc&page=1) and is labeled as perioral dermatitis. That’s a skin condition whose cause is largely unknown, but is associated with misuse of steroid creams. According to some dermatology sites (like this one: https://www.usdermatologypartners.com/blog/dealing-with-perioral-dermatitis/), “There’s no one specific underlying cause of perioral dermatitis. Factors like emotional stress, lack of sleep and a diet high in inflammatory foods such as sugar, trans fats, and refined carbohydrates are known to exacerbate the condition.”
Further, while they do state that if you’re wearing a mask all day that’s rubbing against your skin and trapping moisture could cause it (i.e. not wearing a properly fitting mask for 30 minutes in the grocery store), other causes include allergies, weather changes, various medications, and poor hygiene. So yet again, wash your face at least once a day and don’t wear a poorly fitting mask all day long.
So of the three images, only one is remotely likely to be caused by a mask, and it would have to be a poorly fitting one worn for a long period of time (i.e. all day long).
Does dust rely on an external protein shell which denatures in the absence of liquid in order to function? Because SARS-CoV-2 does. Sure, SARS-CoV-2 can fly free without droplets. Free, denatured, and no longer infectious because the protein is ruined.
There are several Doc Grahams on Facebook, but none associated with the post in question. However, there are several who have posted a picture of this “post”.
