Actually, the masks did give the rioters perfect anonymity, but the orders to wear masks had been pretty spotty and inconsistent up until then. When the riots died down came the edict that suddenly EVERYONE must wear a mask. This was the case in my Democrat-controlled state, anyway.

Nearly all were masked. So far as I was able to find they only ever arrested four.

Except that in every location where mask mandates became stricter, the number of WuFlu cases increased. But go ahead and believe the libs; they’ve been so helpful and honest for the last 30 years. (In 2020 they’re telling the truth, though.)

The science is pretty clear cut and literally every medical professional I've talked to (including my mother) has told me to wear one. So I wear one.

The Corona Virus measures 0.1 micron.
Holes in a typical cloth mask are 20 to 30 microns.
It’s like throwing a fistful of sand at a chain link fence.

Even the vaunted Dr. Fauci and our august Surgeon General have flip-flopped and flop-flipped on masks.

N-95 and above are effective but it’s impossible to manufacture them on that scale. This is all a head fake.

I guess I need to be more clear. Here’s the deal, at least in my state:

Prior to the riots, grocery stores and other businesses had their own rules about whether or not you had to wear a mask on their property. Masks were common, but it was not unusual to see someone in a store without one.

Directly after the riots wound down, the state suddenly mandated that EVERY business had to require masks or face penalties. No exceptions.
