She gets it. Amazing what a little research and an open mind can do.
Good article! She’s a good writer. Thanks for posting this.
Can I see a show of hands that indicates how many here believe that Democrats can employ logic, and discover that they are being lied to?
A conservative is a liberal that hasn’t been robbed yet.
Save.
I don’t like Trump but it’s either him, or a third party like Jo Jurgenson at this point because the alternative is a man who has problems remembering and saying full sentences and a crazy woman, not to mention the fact that the other side is asking to vote for the VP over the P. Sorry, I vote for the President, and I like it when you have actual confidencell in your president lasting.
Very few. This author is an extreme outlier. Thank God for people like her who have seen the light, but the vast majority of them have self-reinforcing ideologies. It's almost impossible to escape their ideology because escape is believed to be "hate."
They can employ logic, but following the crowd tends to make someone do and say what they feel is good for the group, unless the person is a leader and not a follower.
The evangelist doesn't think about the multitudes who reject the Gospel but rather rejoices at the few who have their eyes opened and can now see.
The mob will still be the mob. And now that mob has the power to get you fired or get you banned or deface your property or throw you out of the store because you didn't wear your mask, etc. they will continue to exercise that power until, one by one, they realize that they have become the very thing they thought they were opposing. Social Justice Marxism didn't begin yesterday and it won't go away tomorrow.
Michael Moore said the 2016 election was a giant middle finger hoisted at the elites. He was right about that. We need to keep that middle finger hoisted in 2020 because this is a stare down between capitalism and Marxism. Which side will blink?
>>Social Justice Marxists LIE.
Stalinists lie. Always
And I was called out (not on this site much) for calling them Stalinists. The same Western Communists whom George Orwell was writing about in 1984 and Animal Farm. The Leftists who turned him off of Socialism.
After the Left’s total support of criminals and AntiFA and other far left groups, there is no doubt.
I no longer call it the “Democratic party”. It is now the “Revolutionary communist party”.

See the article in its original context from September 11, 2001;
‘’I don’t regret setting bombs,’’ Bill Ayers said. ‘’I feel we didn’t do enough.’’
...Mr. Ayers, who in 1970 was said to have summed up the Weatherman philosophy as: ‘’Kill all the rich people. Break up their cars and apartments. Bring the revolution home, kill your parents, that’s where it’s really at,’’ is today distinguished professor of education at the University of Illinois at Chicago. And he says he doesn’t actually remember suggesting that rich people be killed or that people kill their parents, but ‘’it’s been quoted so many times I’m beginning to think I did,’’ he said. ‘’It was a joke about the distribution of wealth.’’
...Today, Mr. Ayers and Ms. Dohrn, 59, who is director of the Legal Clinic’s Children and Family Justice Center of Northwestern University, seem like typical baby boomers, caring for aging parents, suffering the empty-nest syndrome. Their son, Malik, 21, is at the University of California, San Diego; Zayd, 24, teaches at Boston University. They have also brought up Chesa Boudin, 21, the son of David Gilbert and Kathy Boudin, who are serving prison terms for a 1981 robbery of a Brinks truck in Rockland County, N.Y., that left four people dead. Last month, Ms. Boudin’s application for parole was rejected.
... In 1969, after the Manson family murders in Beverly Hills, Ms. Dohrn told an S.D.S. audience: ‘’Dig it! Manson killed those pigs, then they ate dinner in the same room with them, then they shoved a fork into a victim’s stomach.’’
...charges were dropped in 1974 because of prosecutorial misconduct, including illegal surveillance.
...After the birth of Malik, in 1980, they decided to surface. Ms. Dohrn pleaded guilty to the original Days of Rage charge, received three years probation and was fined $1,500. The Federal charges against Mr. Ayers and Ms. Dohrn had already been dropped.
Somewhere I recall an Ayers quote that “to do nothing would’ve been an act of violence”
The rhetoric is nothing new
She isn’t entirely new to this awakening but it is still welcome

...I see increasing numbers of so-called liberals cheering censorship and defending violence as a response to speech. I see seemingly reasonable people wishing death on others and laughing at escalating suicide and addiction rates of the white working class. I see liberal think pieces written in opposition to expressing empathy or civility in interactions with those with whom we disagree. I see 63 million Trump voters written off as nazis who are okay to target with physical violence. I see concepts like equality and justice being used as a mask for resentful, murderous rage...
...In a particularly vocal part of the left, justification for dehumanizing and committing violence against those on the right has already begun...
...The ideology is post-modernist cultural marxism, and it operates as a secular religion. Most are indoctrinated in liberal elite colleges, though many are being indoctrinated online these days. It has its own dogma and jargon, meant to make you feel like a good person, and used to lecture others on their sin. Check your privilege- much like mansplaining and gaslighting- all at one time useful terms- have over time lost a lot of their meaning...
... After a lot of self-reflection, I eventually came to the opinion that if I lose friends or jobs over trying to speak and find the truth in situations, and to do so in a way that reflects my belief in compassion, then perhaps those were not friends or jobs that were healthy for my growth...
...Instead of trying to fix others, these days I try to focus on improving myself, which I can tell you is a *much* harder though less futile endeavor...
She gets it
Not a one in Democrat leadership is condemning the riots, the lack of prosecution, the violence, the lack of civility and tolerance.
They all hang for this offence.
From the top down there can be no Democrats elected to office. Doesn’t excuse RINOs and moderates but the “other side” is far far worse. Elect them and you will not recognize America.
No sale
Communist Party USA endorsed Obama and now Joe Biden. You know these candidates by the colors (party not skin).
Dirty Reds
“A conservative is a liberal that hasnt been robbed yet.”
Shouldn’t that read the other way around?
Why don’t you like Trump?
SOME of them. Remember that woke bicyclist that got mugged continued to ponder how he deserved it.
