That’s a REALLY important fact. If, indeed, the dead man shot first, then it was legit self-defense to shoot back. I was up late and read the tweets after the shooting- it was ALL pro dead guy.
We’ll see.
He didn’t even have to fire at the guy in the car. All he had to do was brandish that weapon in a menacing manner towards him and it’s legit self-defense to pop him dead at that point.
And probably none of the twits tweeting were even there when it happened.
It’s self to shoot someone who is menacing - pointing a gun at you and threatening your life, especially when a violent mob blocks your car.
