Listen to the video. Sounds like five loud reports from the AK-47 style semiautomatic rifle, which was carried by the deceased Antifa protestor, followed by three less-loud reports from a pistol from the victim of the assault.

However, there ought to be some bullet holes in the car if that is correct.

That’s definitely 5 shots from the AKM. If you listen, you can hear the rifle hammer hit the back of the bolt for the 6th shot, but no cartridge is in the chamber. Either the BLM moron only loaded 5 rounds in the magazine or he had a failure to load. This is not uncommon with the cheap Tapco plastic magazines.

Most AKs (except Yugos) don’t have a last round bolt hold open. The bolt will still close when the magazine is empty or fails to strip the next round.

Are you kidding? Bullet holes mean zip. Someone blocking traffic illegally, carrying an AK, and threatening motorist, possibly pointing the rifle right at the victim, is all it takes to drop someone. The only problem here is most of the witnesses will lie about the shooter but it likely won't matter. The video/audio evidence don't lie, as it clearly sounds like AK boy shot first, about 5 rounds, and then you can hear a pistol being fired 3 times.

Watch for more shootings. Most people are fed up with this bull shit.

And don't be surprised if they find AK boy was shooting out the tires of the victims vehicle. I say this because 5 rounds of rifle fire can be heard first yet the victim/motorist was not injured. Again, if you're standing out there shooting an AK at someone or their vehicle, and they're threatening you, you drop them because maybe the next one will be aimed at your head.

Little information here, but I'd bet cup of coffee the shooter eventully walks.
