This is what it has come to. The democrats start violent riots and give the rioters a free pass to do whatever they want. They accuse Trump of fascism! They arrest innocent people!

It all depends. The military AK-47s, being fully automatic or semi-automatic, at the operator’s discretion, are illegal, unless registered by about June of 1986. The civilian ones, however, being only semi-automatic, are legal under Federal law and the laws of most states, including TX. The same is true of the AR-15 and it many variants.
One problem is Travis County (Austin) just elected a Soros/communist/ socialist District Attorney. What is a justified shoot in a normal location might not be there.
