They probably think you’re nuts.
I’m on the local NextDoor site. It’s been pretty good, but lately the Karens and other clueless liberals are taking bodacious Obamas on the site - doing their normal “I don’t like that therefore it should be banned.” brand of negative feedback. We had gone this far without this low IQ crap, and hopefully the folks here (who have real educations, not the marshmallow excrement) will stamp it out.
Ive been suspended for a month for stating that BLM is a terrorist organization.
You used and abused the purpose of Nextdoor. You violated their TOS and went trolling over there. Not saying you were wrong in voicing your opinions., But I suspect you knew what you were doing. I suspect you knew you would get kicked out.
I joined nextdoor.com about a year ago. I almost never responded to any of the threads, mostly about lost dogs, cats, people complaining about squirrels, as reporting on accidents or speeders. Right after the Minneapolis riots, a few threads showed up, one by a teacher who was raising funds for something called the Black Honor Society. The flier she posted for it was a clinched fist. A general discussion of the riots started. Long story short, nextdoor suspended my account. I could get reinstated if I agree to behave myself, but I didn’t bother.
I have had my posts deleted several times. Their rules are arbitrary. Like Facebook.
Next door is good for selling stuff, spotting bears in the neighborhood and finding lost pets. Seems to be many people offering nanny services.
My mom lives SE of Boston in a fairly nice suburb.
She told me yesterday that the local Karens on Nextdoor.com are absolutely fanatical over this BLM BS.
I warned her to never post if her personal info is available she assured me that she doesn’t.
Nextdoor is a terrible site. I deleted my account very quickly.
they are absolute nazis and mental cases on the next door app. total freaks of nature. be glad you’re off it.
All social media is infested with leftists. Do not entertain them.
Our local site is mostly about lost dogs and free giveaways.
Next Door is full of gossips and nutcases. And yes, its your usual left-wing forum/app in terms of moderation. Stay far away.
I lasted 2 weeks reading their boring crap. Then I told them to delete my email address. I have better things to do.
I have been suspended from next door 3 times because I have been reported by people who dont want to hear a conservative point of view!!!
Wise move. With social media now, it's dangerous to have anything that has your real name and location attached to it. I still have a Facebook, but use it to keep track of some relatives that live out of town. I seldom post anything.

I think that my wife tried it due a neighbor, who has since moved.
She quit in the first week.
I didn’t know what a Karen was then, but here, they were all Karens.
I joined our local “Nextdoor” site a while back.
Someone posted something non-political but really stupid, so I responded with some snide humor. Others took up where I left off, and there were some really laugh-out-loud funny posts.
Some stick in the mud had the whole thread deleted.
So I deleted myself.
Is humor illegal these days?
I fear for the Republic.
I’m on Nextdoor. Some useful things on it like recommendations. But making political comments is walking through a minefield. Lots of vocal self-righteous liberals on it. Since my name is listed, I don’t take big risks.
