I wonder if this is another good example of what Sweden has gained by just giving the finger to the coronavirus. Sweden isnt pitting families of different skin colors against each other in competing for scarce slots in public schools.
Also, is this another example of a Constitutional right that Americans have lost due to the governor-declared emergencies? The Fourteenth Amendment was used to require school integration because of the Equal Protection Clause. How can states re-segregate their schools in light of the Supreme Courts interpretation of this clause?

I read that in the 1960s, nearly 70% of school funds went to teacher’s salaries and the rest went to administrative and buildings and utilities. By the early 2000s, the teachers salaries consisted of only about 35% of the budget and administrative costs had quadrupled.

What I meant by “full circle” is that the democrats have returned to calling blacks “colored folks”, while many blacks call other blacks “n....” Clearly showing democrats have always been about subjugating some easily identifiable group. The democrats still have not forgiven the Republicans for abolishing slavery.
Whites, by official policy, are at the back of every line.
