There are quite a few new Trump Appeals Court and district judges confirmed in 52 - 48 votes. Within that group are a number of VERY good and VERY young potential Supreme Court nominees.

There are too many female RINOs to vote down any abortion opponent.

The Federalist Society should be disbanded at this point. They completely failed in their job with Gorsuch and Robert’s voting to enshrine Transsexuals and Homosexuals under the Civil Rights Act.

Anyone involved in the Federalist Sociery should be made a pariah as well.

And there is the option to look for right-wing activist judges who we know will be a sure vote for conservative causes, just as the Left picks reliable left-wing votes for the high court. The Federalist Society has let conservatives down, and we can't sit around waiting to see if they ever get it right.

Sorry to disappoint but if we ever were to manage to somehow get a conservative pro-American SC, the left would either pack the court with lefties at their earliest possible convenience or threaten/harass/impeach their way to a leftist run court. We are trying to work within the system but our opponents will not. We need to be in separate countries.

I, for one, don't give a crap what the next SCOTUS nominee SAYS his "judicial philosophy" is. Judges will say whatever both sides want to hear to get confirmed. It means nothing.
