Flynn joined Trump's campaign in early 2016, so it seems to me he had plenty of time to make people in the Trump camp aware of Obama's misdeeds. Not in an official way, of course, but he should have been able to point them in the general direction of where to look should Trump win the election (and he did). The Iran deal is mostly kaput, now, so I would think this is more about keeping Obama from wrongfully having Flynn prosecuted. And Sullivan is doing the bidding of his bros Obama and Holder, so he will drag this out as long as he possibly can.

The whole thing with Flynn as well as with the Mueller Investigation is beyond belief. Now Wray is saying that the Flynn investigation raised serious concerns and questions that caused him to order an
after action and all those in the FBI who perpetrated the falsehoods “are long gone”. Swish its ok now!
But Flynn still languishes while hung up in the court system for the charge that he lied to the FBI setup when it’s obvious to everyone except a Left Wing nutcase he was coerced ?

As we pointed out yesterday, Sullivan still has the option of requesting an en banc hearing before the full appeals court panel, but doing that poses very high risks for the future of his already damaged career. Regardless, yesterday’s order by the 3-judge panel preserves the separation of powers under the constitution, and will forever be a stain on Sullivan’s reputation, which had been pretty solid before his gross misconduct of this case. The decision is a huge win for the preservation of the rule of law in this country.

Yesterday was indeed a big win, one that was barely covered by the media. The reason is that Flynn's defense now has both the facts and the law on their side and they can clearly make their case. The same point applies to the latest Strzok notes. Everyone can easily understand what was going on at the January 4, 2107 meeting. Lying and using corrupt officials to frame the Trump camp will no longer work. They will need another plan.

That's why I think that this matter will not go to the en banc panel of the Appeals Court, or to the Supreme Court. The less said between now and the election, the better for the Democrats. Forget this, and ride the horse that they are on right now. Racism and police brutality is the ticket, that, they now believe, will take them to victory.

Unfortunately, like all of the other hairbrained schemes, this one relies on lies and even with the full support of the media, the lies won't stick and the Democrats will have the same dilemma that they faced in 2016.
