Whatever you are attempting to say, it's not coming out clearly enough for me to respond.

We can see the video. Arbery runs at them. He could have stopped, or ran the other direction, or ran into the yards and behind the houses. He could have done numerous things *other* than running at a man holding a shotgun.

"They did not "chase" Arbery down the street. They parked up the road where they knew he would come. He chased them down the street."

This contradicts Gregory McMichael's own statement to the police: here.

From Gregory McMichael's own mouth: "McMichael stated he then ran inside his house and called to Travis and said "Travis the guy is running down the street lets go". McMichael stated he went to his bedroom and grabbed his .357 Magnum and Travis grabbed his shotgun because they "didn't know if the male was armed or not".

"McMichael stated he and Travis got in the truck and drove down Satilla Drive toward Burford Drive McMichael stated when they arrived at the intersection of Satilla Drive and Holmes Drive, they saw the unidentified male running down Burford drive McMichael then stated Travis drive down Burford and attempted to cut off the male. stated the unidentified male turned around and began running back the direction from which he came and " Roddy " attempted to block him which was unsuccessful Michael stated he then jumped into the bed of the truck and he and Travis continued to Holmes in an attempt to intercept him.

So yes, they did chase him. By Gregory McMichael's own admission, they grabbed guns, hopped in their truck, and chased him.

I still contend that- in their collective mind - they did nothing wrong.

Had the VERY experienced LEO thought he had a ‘problem’ a gun would have been found on the ‘victim’

AND

something would more than likely been placed in his ‘permanent’ file that he was some kind of ‘special agent’ of the County.

You need to argue the Three Musketeers’ case in the courtroom. That is the only place you are going to be able to help them. And even there, their chances are but two; slim and none. And slim just left town. They got their nuts caught in the wringer good this time. First they ran afoul of Georgia Criminal Law . Their chances of winning vs. losing would have been losing 99, winning 1. Plus the firestorm of current events, the burning, stealing, destroying property, engulfed them. Plus the ugly head of politics reared up, further reducing their chances of winning to infinity. To add insult to injury, they have a rat as a co-defendant. A rat who do everything in his power to portray himself as a victim as well as the initial victim. And the MacMichaels as cold blooded racists[ whatever the hell that means] murderers. Not to mention the Federal Violation of Civil Rights charges that will be filed. Your boys are desparately going to need your help as well in your expertise in Georgia Law.

There is no court, there is only a mob. There is no law, there is only a need to appease the angry people who burn things.

Fake charges. Fake Trial. Appeasement for the mob. Big Kabuki dance. Nothing else.

According to the sworn testimony, the 2nd shot hit Arbery in the hand during the struggle for the gun.

Arbery had every right to defend himself, just like you or me, if three mad men with guns were chasing us down trying to kill us.

It is that simple

First shot was in the chest, 2nd shot hand, third shot chest.

Arbery was an athlete and was running full of adrenaline so lasting 20 seconds after the first shot (which was probably the fatal shot anyways) is plausible.

From reading your post throughout the thread, I believe that you have convinced yourself how it went down. You still have some minor wrinkles including but not limited to to iron out. 1.) Neither the facts nor the law mesh with your
theory nor your interpretation of Georgia's law 2.) You need to convince a Jury that your theory is how it actually went down and your interpretation of Georgia Law is the correct one. 3.) This point is minor but none the less relevant. Ahmaud Arbery is not on trial. The Three Musketeers are.

You are very correct. He keeps trying to state the dead man is guilty of his own death...LOL

Not only that, he’s made up a story that contradicts Gregory McMichael’s own statement to the police.

Gregory McMichael told us what happened, but this person refuses to believe it, apparently because it makes the McMichaels sound too guilty. And since we’re starting with the conclusion that they’re innocent of any wrongdoing and working backwards from that, obviously Gregory McMichael’s statement to the police must have been a complete lie that Gregory McMichael made up to ensure that he and his son went to prison. Or... something?
