Intriguing idea. I don't think the complaint would be hard to write up.

It would be nice if the OK AG would consider it.

Sounds more like ‘Russian meddling with our election’

People should but need to know that actions have consequences.

The tickets are free. Nothing of value was given, nothing received.

Not only would the case be thrown out, a judge would tell any lawyer bringing it that they should consider another profession.

It was a prank. Trump got suckered. He won’t get suckered again.

Reserving a non-reserved seat to a free event that you do not attend is not the basis of a valid fraud claim.

How would the “pranksters” who don’t show up be determined from the hundreds of thousands of Trump supporters who signed up, but didn’t show up?

Are we to have investigators go through hundreds of thousands of social media accounts to distinguish between the two?

The event was a failure because people didn’t attend.
The people who were supposed to attend are Trump supporters, many of whom stated an interest, but decided to watch on the T.V. instead.

Suppose four people buy tickets to a baseball game and do not go to the game.

Is it fraud?

How is that different from “Freeping a poll”?

Let’s say that 100,000 of the requests were TikTok related. What do you do to the other 900,000 people who requested tickets and didn’t show up?

How about adding RICO and mail/wire fraud to the list of charges.
