Joe Biden is in the same situation as Hillary was for the 2016 election.

Nobody in high places, like the FBI or DOJ or even in congress or the president's executive staff, are going to mess with the candidacy of Biden. Hillary could have been DELETED from running in 2016, if every crooked action that she was accused of, including the missing e-mails, had been corroborated by Comey's FBI. Comey and congressional leaders (leftists mostly), were not about to hand over the election to Trump without giving Hillary a fighting chance, so, she was allowed to continue her candidacy. Comey made sure that nothing bad was allowed to kill her chances. Luckily, we had Trump and millions of people with common sense, which is where her chances were finally killed. So, even if Biden was in that 'little black book', nobody in government or law enforcement is going to make a big deal about it.
