BS...Watched him on the ramp. At the end, he scooted and was just fine. I would find it almost impossible to walk down a steep ramp with no railing without being super cautious...and I'm his age. No senior wants to fall.
Bottom line....Ramps are not for sprinting!!

I believe there are laws requiring hand rails, depending on how steep the ramp is. With the importance of the President, that ramp should have had rails on both sides.

Dana Perino said that Laura Bush would not walk down a ramp unless it had a handrail. I have a knee replacement and am very, very careful on ramps. Hes fine!

Ramps and downhill....if he’s got any sort of knee issue, downhill ramps are not fun...speaking from experience.
