Have you ever been there?

There are homeless people all over the place, sometimes in the middle of the street during rush hour!

It isn’t your normal well-run city. People who live there, who own property there, know that and expect the weirdness. People who don’t like it leave.

The police are mellow. It is the magic mushroom capital of America.

It is our answer to Greece—nothing works exactly right and there are more people loafing around than working.

Everybody who lives there knows what it is—and they like it or they wouldn’t be there.

I can understand this. However, when the police are unable to enter the precinct and response times triple, that’s beyond a little weirdness.

Plus, I’ve seen plenty of videos of anger and chaos inside this perimeter.

It’s all fun until they don’t like you for whatever the flavor of the day it is.
