I think we’ve got to distinguish between “black leaders,” most of whom are just the sock puppets of white radicals, and black people in general. There are some very ugly comments on this thread, and I don’t think it is good for people of any color to get sucked into this racial conflict narrative.
The Revolution always needs a victim cause to make it look pretty...in Russia, the revolutionaries pretended to care about the peasants, and in the US, they pretend to care about blacks. And it will always be possible to raise a mob from the people ignorant enough to believe the Marxist rhetoric and think that somehow the Marxists “care” about them, and easy to designate an “Enemy of the People” for the mob to vent its fury upon.
But I think we have to refuse to participate in the frenzy of hatred and instead seek to restore law and order to our society. It has simply collapsed, and people are being forced into warring bands that are almost pre-civilizational. And our “leaders,” white or black, are either egging it on for their personal benefit or standing by pathetically wringing their hands.
