The protestors in Seattle were making a big deal about the large amounts of tear gas that the mayor promised wouldn’t be used by the police.
The police spokesman said something like “The police did not use tear gas. Only the SWAT team is authorized to use it under specific circumstances.”
I watched the Minneapolis Police and National Guard on TV for hours the third night of rioting, trying to enforce the curfew. They had about 50 rioters trapped in a parking lot. Among the rioters were up to a dozen black-uniformed, black masked Antifa types all wearing black backpacks. The Guard and police stood there for a long time, finally, the Antifa started scrambling over a fence along the back of the parking lot. Once they were had all gone over the fence, the police and Guard moved in and arrested the other rioters. I wondered if they had been ordered not to arrest any Antifa types just so that later one everyone could claim that Antifa wasn’t the troublemakers Trump was saying they were.
Beautiful. MUCH more of this is needed. If the Klantifa thugs test them, open fire. A few demonstrations like this and they will start to get the message that their thuggery will not be tolerated.

These radical groups are “organized” on an intentionally disorganized model, ie, the 3 member cell system, like street-level drug dealers & ISIS.
Nobody knows what other cells or the cartel is doing, how it’s funded & coordinated, or long range plans.

The authorities need to throw the book at them. The antifa and blm people need to have long enough sentences that others will second guess if their actions are worth the punishment. The money brokers also need to be taken down.
