The history suggests Minneapolis is in for a tough time.

After riots in some cities in years past, the riot zones still look like war zones years later. If they think these areas will be rebuilt quickly, that’s not going to happen.

And then factor in a city which is committed to doing away with police, what sane business person will do business in that place? What sane person looking for a place to live will want to be there? On the other hand, isn’t it likely that people and businesses still there, will be planning their exits as soon as possible?

Yes, this is called the Detroit Phenomenon. The Twin Cities will look like the Motorless City in five years.
