Have police marksmen on rooftops with scoped rifles and binoculars near the location.
When they see rioters moving towards the bricks, put a round into the ground at their feet.
The next round won’t be a warning shot.
You’ll notice that none of these thugs ever have firearms
this is very important on their side because they know they can’t get shot at as long as they don’t have a firearm
they know the rules of engagement with police and Democrat cities
Tear gas , CS gas , or rubber bullets and many other things are available of course to law enforcement
