Isnt it likely they were told to hold off doing anything, because the Left saw another golden opportunity to create some chaos?

I agree with you.
I just thought this piece presented some interesting analysis from a legal eagle perspective.
I am actually glad that they waited a few days to arrest him. Now that the he was arrested and the riots continue, it makes the Left seem quite unreasonable.
The Left was going to do what it is doing now sooner or later anyway. I’m glad it’s happening now and not closer to the election.
Some pretense or other was going to set it off.

This guy sounds like he’s a dirtbag but he can’t be convicted for being a jerk.
I’d be surprised if any white cops in a deep black urban city have no complaints. Remember-Criminals lie, addict lie, every time. How many of those complaints were actually valid and how many were by some methhead trying to get out of an arrest. We don’t know.
I was at an event today where a Constitutional Sheriff was speaking. He relayed the same feelings I have.
While it looks bad, we as a nation don’t know all the details and may not know for months. What was the cause of death? Were there underlying health issues that contributed to his death?
I’m in no way trying to minimize it. If he’s guilty, fry him. But I’ve seen far too many rush to judgement cases, especially against cops
