Are the protest (started in Minneapolis) now becoming riot is similar to Hong Kong Protest?
Posted on 05/29/2020 10:10:18 PM PDT by wanganghi
So as I watch the protest now turned to riot spreads across America (looting, burning buildings down, etc), I was questioning myself, "is this (Minneapolis protestors/rioters whatever you want to call it) is becoming like Hong Kong?". What are your thoughts about this?

IMHO, these riots are nothing like the riots in Hong Kong.

The people fomenting the riots here are mostly Communist sympathizers.

My thought is you are a paid Chinese agitator and propaganda specialist.
If you are the US we will eventually find you.

I don’t recall seeing Hong Kong being looted and burned while Chinses police and soldiers run away.

I think Hong Kong is organic, whereas these protests seem to involve a lot of white out of town people dressed in black clothing. In the absence of these people you have major cities at peace.

Not at all.
The Hong Kong demonstrators are taking to the streets to protect their rights and freedoms from encroachment by Communism.
The Minneapolis rioters are destroying their own communities by looting and other criminal behaviours.
To: wanganghi
There are no comparison between the two.

Hong Kong actually has something to protest about. They put 2 million people in the street and nothing is damaged.

The George Floyd Memorial protestors support communism while the Hong Kong protestors were vigorously opposing it and the Chicom government!

Big difference. In Hong Kong, the Chinese government, the communist party, and the Chinese government supporters are the barbarians. In Minneapolis the rioters and looters are the barbarians. Both work to destroy good things and are lawless.

Those in Hong Kong are rebelling against communist. Those here are pushing for it.
