Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker has his workers and businesses locked down for the foreseeable future. But the billionaire governor will not let the government imposed lock-down interfere with his own plans.
Last week Pritzker also told CNN the citizens of Illinois may be forced to wear masks indefinitely.
Earlier this week Governor Pritzker threatened business owners with a year in prison if they try to reopen.
But the lock-down laws only apply to the rubes. They don’t apply to Governor Pritzker, a Democrat billionaire.
In May, while he imposed lock-downs on the people of Illinois, he had his wife and kids flown to Florida.
On Friday news broke that Governor Pritzker is sending Illinois construction workers to Wisconsin to work on one of his many mansions.
Governor Pritzker says “there is no double standard.”

I know that I never stop in the State to buy gas or food. The taxes spent there would only be wasted.
I don’t want to leave a home and an Island that I have spent my life on and like because of a manhattan maniac and a sick, malicious governor.
My job commands quite a bit less $$ in many others states so THAT part kind of evens out.
The south shore of Staten Island is very safe.
But it may not be that way in 10 years.

What truly surprises me is the ongoing failure to do anything about it by people we thought were on our side.
You may make more money in NY, however the cost of living and taxes cost a hell of a lot more also!!

I’m not surprised any more that they get away with it EVERY SINGLE TIME, but I am pissed.
That would be great, eventually even democrats are going to say “enough”. But I will be very happy if the backlash is sufficient to oust Cheri Bustos, who is the Dem rep in IL17, a district that Trump won. She is a democrat hack who was hand-picked by the execrable Dick Turdbin, and getting rid of her would also deprive them of their dccc chair and end her rising ambitions.
