The main difference between the “progressives” and the “mainstream Democrats” is that the “progressives” are thieves and liars...
and the “mainstream Democrats” are thieves and liars...
“Taken over,” not “overtaken.”
Sure, Pelosi is a moderate.
Markey bought into AOC's Green New Deal in a big public way and Kennedy hasn't, and that's probably what the author is referring to. He may be wrong in viewing Markey versus Kennedy as a left versus center matter, but I don't think the evidence bears out that Kennedy is further left than Markey. If Kennedy wins, it would be because of his family name, not because of issues or convictions. It's more or less the same contents in different packaging.
The future of the Democratic Party was theirs.
Whats the name for people who like to play with dead bodies.
They took over the Demonrats in 1896. Normals and other non-Communist degenerates aren’t welcome anymore.
The longer the Dems embrace the past with Biden, Hillary, Pelosi, Schumer, Hoyer, Obama, the worse they will do and the longer it will take for them to rebuild, ssshhhh
“The American people will never knowingly support socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism,’ they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program... The Democratic Party has adopted our (Socialist) platform.”
— Former Socialist Party nominee Norman Thomas, on why he was no longer running for President in 1944.
I always laugh when Demonrats get indignant about being called “Socialists.” I mean, that’s incorrect. The Republicans are Socialists, since they haven’t rolled back Demonrat excesses since 1921. I wouldn’t dare insult Demonrats as being Socialist, since they haven’t been that in 90 years. They’re Communists or Stalinists now. When they chose to link arms with the Soviet Union and be in awe of their achievements, they made the transition official.
OHIO PING!
Please let me know if you want on or off the Ohio Ping list.
Progressives thought they’d overtaken the Democratic Party. Now they’re in despair.
