A high school friend of mine sent this to me a few minutes ago. He is a retired Colonel from Delta Force, and he sent me this text that was sent to him from a DC lobbyist. He gave me the Okay to post this here.

At least two high level players have struck deals with Durham. What is about to be revealed is that the NSA monitoring which goes back before a Trump won nomination, had a very specific purpose—to collect evidence of trumps ‘shady’ financial relationships which the Dems were certain they’d find b/c every business bends rules and uses loopholes —unfortunately for them Trump had none—but they just knew that couldn’t be true and their legal experts told them that any info on his business could be easily turned against him as a crime-(eg Manafort) so the Russia thing was the cover they used to get FISA warrants that would allow them to continue wire-tapping him and his team-this also underscores how huge it was when Adm Rogers discovered and shut down their illegal monitoring op—although frustrated they were still confident when mueller investigation started b/c they thought for sure one of Mueller’s targets would turn and tell them of all trumps illegal business deals—ironically what really saved DJT and the nation was Trumps squeaky clean ethics and history.”

In the runup to the election, I remember being at a party and one of the guests was talking about how there would be just an "endless stream of stuff come out about all his past dirty business deals." I told him that I thought that was crap.... if nothing else, we'd find out that Trump was squeaky clean. I figured that because in his past, he must have had to go before casino gaming boards on oodles of occasions and if you can past them, you've just got past the highest level of scrutiny that exists (or just about).
