“Are you saying she is NOT a Satan worshipper?”

I have never seen any evidence that Melinda Gates is a satanist.

“Or simply this is not a Satanic Cross?”

I don’t believe the pendant design is meant to be a cross in any religious sense whatsoever. I also think the very idea of a “Satanic Cross” is a modern boogie man fantasy that has become so ingrained in the minds of simpletons that even people who claim to worship Satan use it to help attract other morons. The reality is much different: https://www.christianity.com/wiki/cults-and-other-religions/what-does-an-upside-down-cross-mean.html

Yes, your “truth”, a very relative term for you folks - especially since you blatantly ignore The Gospel of John & Romans on an almost daily basis. I’m a former catholic - I know way more about your religion than you think.

You might want to read up on what your Pope is mixing up tomorrow at the risk of casting pearls to swine.

You wrote:

“Yes, your “truth”,”

There is no such thing as “your” truth. There is simply the truth and you are clearly unfamiliar with it.

” a very relative term for you folks”

False. As my previous statement shows.

“- especially since you blatantly ignore The Gospel of John & Romans on an almost daily basis.”

No, we just interpret the Gospel of John and Paul’s letter to the Romans correctly.

“I’m a former catholic - I know way more about your religion than you think.”

Clearly not.

“You might want to read up on what your Pope is mixing up tomorrow at the risk of casting pearls to swine.”

Whatever Pope Francis is “mixing up” it still doesn’t explain why you are so often wrong.

“Pope Francis joins Muslim leaders in calling for world day of prayer to end the coronavirus”

If you don’t want to pray for an end to the coronavirus, don’t.

Scripture is never wrong, nor those who follow it. You can lie about it if you want to - take it up with God.
Good luck with that too...

John 14:6
John 6:29
Act 4:12
Acts 16:31
Romans 3:30
1 Timothy 2:5
Hebrews 9:15

“Scripture is never wrong,”

No, but you are.

“nor those who follow it.”

Then you don’t.

“You can lie about it if you want to”

No, since Protestantism is a lie, I’ll just leave that up to you.

“- take it up with God.”

I took Protestantism up with God long ago - that’s why I’m not a Protestant.

“Good luck with that too...”

It had nothing to do with luck - it was all grace.

“John 14:6”

And?

“John 6:29”

And?

“Act 4:12”

And?

“Acts 16:31”

And?

“Romans 3:30”

And?

“1 Timothy 2:5”

And?

“Hebrews 9:15”

And?

Come on. Be brave.

LOL! Where to begin?

So if it’s really all about “GRACE” as you say, then anybody who believes the Scriptures as written is Forgiven, Saved, Sanctified, and will meet Christ upon death? And my verses which I quoted are proof. BTW it is grace. But your religion doesn’t think it is and you know it.

No for you it’s not about grace or mercy according to Catholics. It’s about the building, being a member, partaking in “mass” and ‘holy sacraments’, et. cetera. ad. nauseam. In other words, cultic universal organized group salvation.

Again, good luck justifying just plain old horrible theology to God. Purgatory, Praying to Saints (Demons?), Crucifying Christ every Mass, and believing your building/church will save you.

How about you be brave and read the Bible for yourself instead of your having a Deacon or Priest do it for you?

“LOL! Where to begin?”

You should begin with the truth since that is apparently what you are not familiar with.

“So if it’s really all about “GRACE” as you say, then anybody who believes the Scriptures as written is Forgiven, Saved, Sanctified, and will meet Christ upon death?”

Do you believe Jesus when He said He would give us His flesh to eat in John 6? Do you believe Luke when He wrote that Ananias said to Paul that he should be baptized to have his sins washed away in Acts 22:16?

You DO NOT believe in the “Scriptures as written”. And if you honestly answer the two questions I just asked you’ll make that manifest.

“And my verses which I quoted are proof.”

Proof of what exactly? Are you actually able to complete a thought or make an argument.

“BTW it is grace. But your religion doesn’t think it is and you know it.”

You just engaged in mind reading. That’s a violation of the Religion Forum rules. And you’re wrong. I believe it is grace. The Church teaches that it is grace.

CCC 1he grace of the Holy Spirit has the power to justify us, that is, to cleanse us from our sins and to communicate to us “the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ” and through Baptism:34

But if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him. For we know that Christ being raised from the dead will never die again; death no longer has dominion over him. The death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God. So you also must consider yourselves as dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus. https://www.vatican.va/archive/ccc_css/archive/catechism/p3s1c3a2.htm

Thus, you’ve been proved wrong yet again.

“No for you it’s not about grace or mercy according to Catholics.”

Again, you were just proved wrong on that score. So let’s just prove you wrong all over again:

1996 Our justification comes from the grace of God. Grace is favor, the free and undeserved help that God gives us to respond to his call to become children of God, adoptive sons, partakers of the divine nature and of eternal life.

“It’s about the building, being a member, partaking in “mass” and ‘holy sacraments’, et. cetera. ad. nauseam. In other words, cultic universal organized group salvation.”

Nope. The sacraments are about grace.

2003 Grace is first and foremost the gift of the Spirit who justifies and sanctifies us. But grace also includes the gifts that the Spirit grants us to associate us with his work, to enable us to collaborate in the salvation of others and in the growth of the Body of Christ, the Church. There are sacramental graces, gifts proper to the different sacraments. There are furthermore special graces, also called charisms after the Greek term used by St. Paul and meaning “favor,” “gratuitous gift,” “benefit.”53 Whatever their character - sometimes it is extraordinary, such as the gift of miracles or of tongues - charisms are oriented toward sanctifying grace and are intended for the common good of the Church. They are at the service of charity which builds up the Church.

“Again, good luck justifying just plain old horrible theology to God.”

God does not need what He has made for our justification to be justified to Him as if it were all a mistake.

“Purgatory, Praying to Saints (Demons?), Crucifying Christ every Mass, and believing your building/church will save you.”

Purgatory - is powered by God’s grace. Veneration of saints through God’s grace. Christ can’t be crucified again but that won’t stop you from falsely claiming it. No building saves and no one believes a building does. The Church is not a building, but was sent by Christ to help people be saved.

“How about you be brave and read the Bible for yourself”

Done it many times. How about you be brave and actually believe what the Bible says. Remember:

Do you believe Jesus when He said He would give us His flesh to eat in John 6? Do you believe Luke when He wrote that Ananias said to Paul that he should be baptized to have his sins washed away in Acts 22:16?

“instead of your having a Deacon or Priest do it for you?”

I wouldn’t bother asking them - since I know more than they do. I literally just supplied information from Bible lexicons and commentaries to one of our wonderful deacons to help him with a class he had to prepare a paper for. So, you’re wrong again. And that’s the way it will stay.

Truth is in the SCRIPTURES, which you disagree with.

Everything that Roman Catholicism pushes is Doctrines of Demons. You might as well be a muslim. You follow Francis right? He’s your “leader”. He speaks for you. He’s your “Pontifex Maximus”. Jesus The Christ (GOD IN THE FLESH) is my God. I follow Him.

You also blatantly ignored what I posted from the BIBLE (which you claim you follow right?)

Protestants and anybody else who wants to be is SAVED BY GRACE, through Christ alone. We don’t need you. Your “church” or your doctrines of demons to entrap and ensnare people to a cult.

Since you also believe in Purgatory (another doctrine of DEMONS), I’d say I’m done with this conversation. Quote me one scripture where that is even mentioned. I’ll wait patiently because you know its’ not there.

Don’t take the MARK or the VACCINE when your Virgin Mary tells you to.

None if this is Scriptural that you believe in, but you can believe it regardless if you want to.

John 6:29 & John 14:6

Ouch! Any lowly person can believe in Jesus and their miraculously saved! No Communion, baptism, sacraments, or other religious nonsense to get to HEAVEN.

“None if this is Scriptural that you believe in, but you can believe it regardless if you want to.”

The works are Christ’s started in us. Faith without works is dead. James 2:14-26.

“Truth is in the SCRIPTURES, which you disagree with.”

I don’t disagree with Scripture but you’ll probably keep saying so even though it’s a falsehood.

“Everything that Roman Catholicism pushes is Doctrines of Demons.”

Having a hard time holding in your hatred, huh?

“You might as well be a muslim.”

I’ll stay a Christian, thanks. Maybe you’ll become a Christian one day.

“You follow Francis right? He’s your “leader”. He speaks for you. He’s your “Pontifex Maximus”. Jesus The Christ (GOD IN THE FLESH) is my God. I follow Him.”

If you think you’re a follower of Jesus, while spreading falsehoods, think again.

“You also blatantly ignored what I posted from the BIBLE (which you claim you follow right?)”

I didn’t ignore anything. YOU IGNORED WHAT I POSTED FROM THE BIBLE. I directly asked you what you meant with each verse. And you provided nothing.

“Protestants and anybody else who wants to be is SAVED BY GRACE, through Christ alone. We don’t need you. Your “church” or your doctrines of demons to entrap and ensnare people to a cult.”

You sound like the only one in a cult.

“Since you also believe in Purgatory (another doctrine of DEMONS), I’d say I’m done with this conversation.”

You’re done because you apparently can’t make an argument, apparently don’t know Scripture, and resort to falsehoods.

“Quote me one scripture where that is even mentioned.”

Origen, St. Irenaeus, St. Ambrose, St. Augustine, and St. Jerome all thought this was a description of purgatory.

2 Maccabees 12:44-45 For if he were not expecting that those who had fallen would rise again, it would have been superfluous and foolish to pray for the dead. [45] But if he was looking to the splendid reward that is laid up for those who fall asleep in godliness, it was a holy and pious thought. Therefore he made atonement for the dead, that they might be delivered from their sin. (cf. 1 Cor 15:29) https://www.ncregister.com/blog/darmstrong/25-descriptive-and-clear-bible-passages-about-purgatory

“I’ll wait patiently because you know its’ not there.”

You’re “mind reading” again and are wrong again.

“Don’t take the MARK or the VACCINE when your Virgin Mary tells you to.”

Falsehood is your way.
