OK, here is the un-asked question, if 39% of deaths were in nursing homes, what about the other 61%?

So did the 39% in nursing homes give it to the 61% outside?
Or did the 61% outside give it to the 39% in nursing homes?
Which group was responsible for the spread?

Should be a new law that prohibit more than say off-hand a dozen patients within a facility that must have a seperation of at least 100 feet in all respects from another.
No connection by any means, that includes food, HVAC etc.

39% is way low I think. We know the average age of those who have died is something like 79. In my own family experience with assisted living, they are very quick to ship your loved one to a hospital. Assuming that most assisted living facilities work in a similar manner, what happens if during that sojourn to the hospital that loved one dies? How is it counted? I don’t think that we can assume that all 50 states are following the same reporting standards.

OK, here is the un-asked question, if 39% of deaths were in nursing homes, what about the other 61%? They were taken from the nursing home to the hospital first, and died of Covid there.
