There's been a big groundswell of "reaction" vids on YT the past year or two -- people with channels where they do nothing but post their reactions to other YT content (and face it, much ot YT's content is pirate, arrrrr). Yesterday I watched a guy react to one of SRV's solos from an Austin City Limits appearance, they reactor had never heard SRV before. I saw SRV perform but once, he appeared to be a little hammered, and he still burned 99% of everyone who's ever played guitar, oh, and I think it also set the auditorium on fire, because everyone had to run for our lives as it burned down. Okay, I made up that last part, but it was a great show!
