My thoughts agree with you about the main event. But just because he entered a house under construction doesn't prove anything to me. I used to go into houses under construction in my neighborhood all the time just to look at the layout. There's also video of him inside the house, but I didn't seen him take anything.

I too have entered construction sites just to look around at how houses are being built.

Yes, the kid that got shot was somewhere he should be.
