I'm inclined to agree with you. Still, Obama may just now be getting a bit worried about the walls closing in on him. That's why he felt the need to send out a "memo" to the Left to coordinate a defense as the truth is being exposed.

My big concern, which I've expressed here before, is that if any indictments lead to trials occurring in DC, the overwhelmingly 'RAT jurors there will not convict.
