Did you miss the commentary with the first site that said their numbers were 1-2 weeks behind?
***************************************************
Hmmm.. 1-2 weeks and that equals about 27,000 DEATHS behind? Somebody is doing some serious cooking of the books!
“Hmmm.. 1-2 weeks and that equals about 27,000 DEATHS behind? Somebody is doing some serious cooking of the books!”
You really need to do your homework!
We’ve been running 2k+ deaths/day for over a week. Nearly 3K today.
Or we’ve already crested
As a matter of fact, it does.
Check out the graph at the bottom of this page. Move the slider along the time-scale. You’ll see that this whole complaint is bogus — at best it’s a product of poor reading skills and non-existent numerical skills. At worst, it’s deliberate, dangerous disinformation.

It’s just basic math.
The CDC takes initial reports of deaths as they come in.
Then it goes back and checks death certificates to see if
what was reported to them was accurate.
That’s all this is. It takes time to do, and they need a
copy of the death certificate, so it can take weeks to get
things together to research the actual cause of death.
This is actually the first thing I’ve seen evidence of the
CDC doing right. The media really loves to stir the pot.
